  • The Anguish of the Night

    The Anguish of the Night

The anguish of the night descended softly like a dreadful rain,
On the valley of solitude and decay where doom held its domain.

Wonders and death were all there waiting for the definitive end,
While the stars grieved for aborted dreams that were never meant to be.

Trust was fractured into thousands of fragments,
Like a broken mirror in the middle of a dark chamber.

The disclosed longings of a life already gone were kept secret,
Inside a treasure chest in the abyss of the dream world.

Feelings of melancholy and sorrow overwhelmed the frozen midnight,
Transforming into a gloomy haze, making trembling every blossom.

In every secret garden of roses, the only light allowed to penetrate was the moonlight,
At the dreary sound of ghosts swirling in an eerie dance.

Faraway from the brutal reality, the stars gleamed an invisible pale blue light,
In a firmament crowded with clouds and nightmares.

Longings and clouds entangled like tales of forgotten despair,
Cherished treasures vanished into the gloomy and tranquil aura.

Everything was trapped in the grasp of the midnight’s wintry clasp,
While spectres lingered, haunting memories no dawn could ever have obliterated.

In the hollow abyss of the misty vale, ancient trees wept alone,
Their gnarled branches twisted like distress cast in weathered stone.

The winds bore laments, carrying enigmas from times of oblivion,
Each note became a mourning hymn, a dirge too exquisite to last.

An owl hooted softly from a distant, forsaken tower,
Its cry was a reminder of life’s fleeting, fragile power.

Every petal quivered under the weight of forfeited hopes and fears,
Dripping with the morning dew that consorted with unseen tears.

Beneath this grave night’s sorrowful veil, even phantoms wept,
While faded spirits drifted, tethered to dreams they could not abide
Under the spell of the anguish of the night.

  • The Mystery Of My Soul Reflection

The Mystery Of My Soul Reflection

The mystery of my soul reflection
My senses cannot see the world
But a single emotion so intense
It may not be depicted in the real world
If I am ever a spark of a wonderful dream
    Where nature does not appear
    To reveal the infinite essences
A nocturnal creature going through many roads
A soul in the visible world
As life has to evolve and transform

The mystery of my soul reflection
I seize a dream of eternity
Until the ocean sounds of passion
In the intense bliss of beauty
Deep sorrow is burning like a dark flame
Seeing my image reflected in a broken mirror
    A shattered heart never dies
It hangs in between opposite worlds
I feel the blaze I cannot see
    Whilst reading empty pages

The mystery of my soul reflection
I live while I’m trapped in an image
When thinking is something profound and beautiful
    I seek the stunning chasm
    Somewhere behind a hidden place
Which sometimes is not so extravagant
And can be found totally meaningless
Like the first silver stars shining everywhere
And the autumn clouds above the blue dew
It’s a magnificent and delicate sight

The mystery of my soul reflection
    Fragile is my mind’s mask
My deep leisure has become my secret
In the shadow, the emptiness shines like a star
Through his open glass, a mirror afflicts my heart
My soul is still burning from a sunken devotion
My life’s reflection shining from inside
I am not alive without any word
No wonder I’m lonely now in the space
So desolate, sad and puzzling today

The mystery of my soul reflection
I wish I could be in dreams
I am in silence, and this is my time
And I am walking in the darkness
    Striving and suffering
Looking at a landscape made of indifference and deception
Hope falls like fire in the night
    Far across the horizon
I need an infinite glow from above to remind me how perfect I am
But I am still waiting to see the dark sky whose light is too high.

  • The Blankness Of A Broken Mirror

The Blankness Of A Broken Mirror

The Blankness Of A Broken Mirror

Pale shadows reflect in a broken mirror
Solitude gasps in the presence of silence
Tumultuous visions of a coveted desire are scattered into nothingness
The emptiness of the nightmares’ abyss swallows every hope and dream
Every so often, darkness is beauty in disguise, hiding in the invisible
The mystery of an unmentionable truth belongs to a time that never existed
    Broken mirrors reflect falsified spoils
Obliviousness destroys every memory that becomes part of the void
Souls in exile wander without peace
In search of what they have eternally coveted
Chaos dwells among the multitude of soul fragments
Distorted images of souls are reflected in deformed mirrors
Amorphous perceptions dissolve in the evanescence
The distressing instant of a distant tumult blends in with the beauty of tragedy.
