    Nightmares And Dreams

Nightmares and dreams invited me into their fairytale world on a dark night where the wails of the wind and the rustling of the leaves swept away by the impetuous wind kept me awake in the darkness of the night. However much I wanted to flee the dark omens of a destiny that had condemned me to an existence of darkness and nightmares, the truth revealed itself to me in the form of ancient manuscripts where I found symbols unknown to me engraved, but which fascinated me and whose meaning I tried so hard to discover. Nightmares and dreams became my faithful companions, spectres and ghosts of the past, anxieties of the future, heaviness of the present. All seemed to form a court of my faithful followers, of whom I was no longer afraid but a part of. Just as dried flowers crumbled upon the ground, mingling with the dry leaves. As I proceeded, I tried to catch sight of a light that could guide me on my uncertain and unstable path, where anguish served as my guide. It seemed that the night had become infinite and that the day had no longer found its role in that realm of magic and gloominess. Nightmares and dreams seemed to follow me wherever I went, and it did not seem at all a tangible reality in which I was living all these contrasting emotions in a swirling chaos that sucked me into the abyss of obliteration. However much I wanted to extricate myself from that labyrinth that held me prisoner and did not let me leave free, alas, what I could only do was retreat into my imaginary refuge where I had built myself a dwelling inhabited by nightmares and dreams, by illusions and perdition, by strangeness and spectres that instilled in me a strange sense of having lost everything that I had possessed. And so it was that I became eternal in my misery, from which I could not flee, like ivy tendrils entwined around me, which did not let me escape from that realm of hallucinations and trepidations, where my heart had been imprisoned in a crystal casket. All my agitation had been in vain. Fate, so dark and cruel, had decreed, by a decree unknown to me, my eternity made of nightmares and dreams.

  • A Dark Dominion

    A Dark Dominion

A dark dominion where shadows reigned,
Unfurled its veil of relentless disdain.
In that realm where existence was stark,
Brutality’s mark ignited a ceaseless dark.

The air was thick with cynical mirth,
A tainted realm where violence gave birth.
Each breath was a struggle, each hope a jest,
In that domain where, brutality festered unrest.

The walls bore scars of relentless abuse,
In every crack, the screams were still seduced.
The skies, once clear, now roiled and churned,
Reflecting the torment for which it yearned.

Cynicism sprawled like a creeping vine,
Twisting and coiling with an endless malign.
The soul, weary and bruised, bore the strain,
Lost in a tempest of unending pain.

Where the heart’s desire was but a fleeting ghost,
And solace remained a fleeting, hollow boast.
Existence was a cruel jest with no reprieve,
In that gothic sphere, where dreams grieved.

In shadows cast by a withering moon,
The dirge of despair played a mournful tune.
Each step in that domain was a stumble and fall,
A relentless march through the endless pall.

There, every glance was met with disdain,
Each murmur had been a harbinger of further pain.
Hope was a spectre, a phantom of the past,
Lost in the void where shadows were cast.

The darkness reigned with a suffocating weight,
A grim reminder of existence’s cruel fate.
And in that realm where the light was shunned,
The soul remained lost, forever undone.

So, in the heart of that desolate night,
Where existence was a cruel and endless plight,
    Lingering in shadows, forever bound,
In the dark dominion where despair was crowned.

Amidst the gloom where suffering was embraced,
Time blurred, and hope was forever erased.
The darkness, a tyrant, claimed every breath,
An eternal waltz with the spectres of death.

There, in the depths of that forsaken vale,
Salvation was sought, yet faltered and failed.
In that dark dominion, bound tight,
    Ensnared in despair’s unending night.

  • Eternal Nightfall

    Eternal Nightfall

Eternal nightfall in a world where shadows long did cling,
A tale of sorrow began to be chanted.
Under the cloak of darkness, despair ruled the night,
A story of fate so cruel and senseless.

A figure wandered, lost in plight,
In haunted woods devoid of light.
Each step was plump, each instant of life a duty,
    An ethereal ghost condemned forevermore.

The stars cast down their eerie glare,
On sights once bright, now dulled by dread.
With every beat, the hearts did weep,
For dreams that perished in shadows deep.

The voice of the wind would moan,
Of hopes that died and were left forsaken.
No star was left above to guide the way,
Just endless nights, no break of day.

In twisted branches, secrets were kept,
Of promises that fate had swept.
An existence once vibrant was now a shell,
A captive in an earthly nightmare.

Eternal nightfall, no hope to chase, no dawn to see,
Bound by chains of cruel decree.
The echoes of a life once known,
Now lost to time, forever blown.

In silence cold, the figure wept,
For all the dreams that were never kept.
In the abyss where shadows feasted,
Desires were ensnared, with no hope of being released.

For in this tale of sorrow’s thread,
All light had fled, and all joy was dead.
So many victims of a fate so grim,
No chance to fight, no hope within.

Hence, the end of a tragic lore was determined,
Once darkness reigned until the end of time.
In the nothingness most profound, only fragments remained,
No hope to live, no will to strive.

In a realm of eternal sorrow and grief,
Phantoms wept their weakness and frailty.
No rescue arrived, no hope in sight,
Only tears upon their hollow facades.

Eternal nightfall, when the days were shadows and nights were dread,
A world where even hope had fled.
The trees whispered of doom and death,
Their branches formed a sombre wreath.

Desperate entities wandered through fog and mire,
Dragging through the remnants of a pyre.
The remembrance of a life once bright,
Now completely swallowed by an eternal night.

    Memories of delight, now decayed,
In the recesses of betrayed truths,
    Broken and erased dreams,
A cruel fate with no redeeming seams.

Haunted gazes envisioned ghouls by chance,
In a cruel and mocking trance.
They taunted with their spectral glee,
Reminders of what could not be.

The stars above had once been guides so clearly,
Now distant, heartless, and filled with fear.
Their light, a dagger to the heart,
    A cruel reminder, worlds apart.

Eternal nightfall, each heartbeat was a painful toll,
A bell that rang for a tortured soul.
The silence screamed in endless waves,
    Echoing through forgotten graves.

No voices came to soothe the night,
No comfort for the endless plight.
The shadows whispered tales of doom,
Of lives confined to eternal gloom.

In this world of sorrow, bleak and vast,
The invisible hope was a long outcast.
No light to pierce the suffocating haze,
No dawn to break the endless daze.

The ghost knelt in a silent plea,
    To force dark to misery.
With nothing left, no strength to fight,
    Embracing the eternal night.

Being this tale a cruel design,
No threads of fate would intertwine.
The end was near, a gust away,
No expectancy to see another day.

Eternal nightfall, in shadows profound, a final sigh,
A soul surrendered a whispered cry.
In the darkness, it forever lay,
No desire to live, no light to stay.
