  • Gloomy Skies

    Gloomy Skies

Gloomy skies and oceans of white
I could never hear my dreams
Still so lonely but not always alive
    My memories must be everywhere
For the rain came upon me
    And all night was gone
I was lost and now moved
    No hope on earth
On my path, too many forms of dreams appeared
    As the most divine knowledge

Gloomy skies were phoney and shady
The sun was hot and grey
With its silver hues that fly high
I could not hear my voice all around me, like in a memory
A thoughtful life’s beauty should now come
    Gone forever as life departs
The sky was long and sad
    Winter morning dew and clouds
Massive waves for a new day
Specks of snow were all around

    Gloomy skies have fallen apart
    Clouds bloomed to ascend
The wind left behind one of the branches of a hollow tree
My heart kept moving fast with no sweet delight
A small flower was pierced by a pale morning
    A shade came in haste
I could see the dimness of the day
My dread had disappeared like an ordinary river
Falling into the clouds, I was gone
And there was no time to be silent in the shadow

Gloomy skies were hidden behind a blaze
    Tears became sweet like myrtle
A dark and dreary day has trapped me
The clouds were so thick and heavy
It felt like they were suffocating the world below
I couldn’t help but feel a sense of sorrow
    Everything looked dull and lifeless
As the world had been drained of all its colour
The rain continued to fall, and the clouds slowly began to break apart
I felt a sense of longing and a shrug of resignation

    Gloomy skies falling like raindrops
The rain made everything glisten and sparkle
The sound of the drops smashed the soil
And everything seemed to slow down
Despite the darkness and the sadness
I took a moment to pause and reflect, to gather my strengths for brighter days ahead
The gloomy skies reminded me that even in the darkest of times
There is always a glimmer of light waiting to shine through a forgotten dream
The very memories run when not everything has become a fair and loving thought
And the fear of happiness remains as some divine benefit flies away.

  • Dark Nightmares

    Dark Nightmares

    Dark nightmares of morning glow
They were rising like a gentle breeze
Like heavy clouds begun to wander
Across the infinite horizon of my sight
The pleasant summer nights faded from my memories
Till the moon came gently down and my eyes gazed a far candle
In a dark chamber of grey stones
Remembering the sunny weather of the past years
I never ceased to build my castle
    Writing down broken notes

    Dark nightmares
As all the visions from a distant past are gone
And now my nightmares are glued with pains
When memories become dark, the whole world disappears
Cold dreams are like the frosty winter wind
In time I must flee, and my voice becomes true
As long as I’m alive and anguish pricks my heart
I live in a dim silence
    A lotus grazes my imagination
    Still lost within myself

Dark nightmares of my senses’ slumber
The long loneliness of my heart
    Moments lost in the world
    Like shadows of a dream
Not a breath in my own mind
Thoughts belonging to the labyrinth of my soul
    Far in the mist
    Lying deep inside of myself
    My wishes do bother me
Every time I glimpse the pain in my heart

Dark nightmares drag me to the infinite abyss of despair
So dismal and cold is my soul that it became dead
I’ve grown so restless in sorrow
While nothing in my life occurs but silent dreams
The sky is only a cold essence
    And I am forever lonely
I walked through the darkness with a blue wind hitting me
Like tiny daggers slashing my skin
When a hasty storm broke the clouds into dust
Hushed by a mournful silence, I embraced my everlasting grief.

    Dark nightmares and illusions
    They came and shed darkness
While each memory bent my emotions
A swarthy shudder whispered unrevealed secrets
A sea of fire emerged at the sound of my tears
Madness and dismay became my consolation and comfort
    Fleeing from an insane lodging
In a fleeting moment where fragments of my soul were scattered in the cold gusts of indifference
Buying busy weeping my broken dreams
When the shadows of the clouds cast a spell on me.

  • Blissful Anguish In The Daily Light

Blissful Anguish In The Daily Light

Blissful anguish in the daily light
    Waiting no longer
Life seems like a dream that will break
Many things belonging to love always end
From a life filled with sorrow and bliss
    Time ended everything
    And happiness faded away
How could I feel hope and fear without a soul
Being my heart a fragment of despair and desire
Coping the frightful pain stabbing my soul
When I stare at my reflection on a white wall
As it would be another me waiting for my end

Blissful anguish in the daily light
The silent darkness is whispering secrets
I’m mute because that is how I live
    Invisible and speechless
As a constant ghost would check my state of mind
I might be fearful, but I am not
My soul has never seen the present
Being bonded between the past and the future
    Its arrival and its flow
It shall lead to new things to come
    Hope begins once again
Until it is crushed into pieces

Blissful anguish in the daily light
The truth does not halt in the fall
    I live with wonder
When there is no need to hide
    Love might give eternal light
    Existence becomes free of grace
    And everything becomes blind
My thoughts glow above my eyes
In a perpetual chase for limited emotions
My mind’s endless glare overcomes me again
In every moment, a life is born
    A beauty that will be

Blissful anguish in the daily light
    Losing parts of myself
    The hushed tears of misery
So brave and free is my mind
I dare not make a new choice
    For without any joy
    Life is powerful as truth
When a heart is full of sorrow
    And sorrow goes with it
Then the soul can be sensed within it
A sorrowful bliss and unexpected transformation flow down through the darkness
In dreams, I never die for
Until I stand there all alone.

  • Soft Torments

    Soft Torments

Soft torments from a poison cup
    Like a dream
I hold my hopes in vain
My life is in ache with joys and time
    Far away
It would not be so late
To light my pleasure at the silent sight
    Before the storm comes
I may know that life has faded away
    Because I have lost myself
    And still, it’s not fair

    Soft torments of past mistakes
A burden that I must pay
    Life was past and dead
It’s time to learn a new world
    Lost time to defeat
    The dust touched my heart
And memories could save my mind
To feel just the dreams of the ocean
    Into my inner space
A soul could be lost on earth
Cold like dust and dark like rain

    Soft torments of time
Building my fantasies made of paper and darkness
The waves of rainfall cannot feel alone in the blue
In a beautiful state of deprivation
    Stars are full of fears
    As anguish is forever gone
In the immensity of the dusk
The cold light of my life has come to wait
No pleasure was a wonder to behold
    Falling to weep
When the heart is full of grief

Soft torments I had achieved in vain
Silver clouds still glowing in the sunlight
A remorseless sight of betrayal in the fragrance of the summer
The melody that stirs death in nature
Under the light of flashes dropping in the darkness
In this sky, my soul cannot be filled with a gleam
    An eternal poem about life
When the gloominess of every thought perishes in new longings
Whispering words of pain move through my mind
Sometimes it’s amusing what wisdom can reveal in the empty obscurity
Once everything disappears from my glimpse
Drops of flame lure my heart
    Forever and ever.

  • A Shattered Mirror

    A Shattered Mirror

A shattered mirror on the door
    I am not so happy
    As I’m afraid
    I know
    My life is in despair
    And I want to think
    Yet alone
    So many beautiful feelings
The day does not fade in silence
On the night that was coming
    So deep inside of me

    A shattered mirror
    All life’s dreams are lost
A fantasy about sadness and rewards
    Forever thought
The time has been lost and has vanished away
    Nothing may end
    starting another life
Making a way out of happiness
    Grasping another thoughtless truth
    I can’t see how I feel

A shattered mirror with no name
    I look towards the dreams
    When I was not there
    A stable cold summer breeze
It seemed to shine as it gazed at my long chocolate-brown hair
When the nights were senseless, I was covered in bliss
And the clock was far and dark
    My hopes were nothing anymore
Feelingless tears were gone inside of dreams
A lonely and silent night with empty dreams
Loud were my hallucinations, like multiple images of sorrow

A shattered mirror flows through my dream line
    A picture is found again
    I cannot see my reflection
Birds are silent as they can’t breath
The breeze through the water runs away to some space
Flying over life with no desires or pleasures
The terror of thinking makes me gasp
    Now there was none
Only a single cloud in the dim night
The beauty of carved and gloomy trees
I’ve never appeared to be forgotten

    A shattered mirror
Like a ghost with a broken smile
    My questions have no experience
A single cry sank into the silence
Hoping for new visions of eternity
I cannot see through my thoughts
    I’m lonely, and I dream
Staring at my reflection in a broken mirror
Looking for myself with no speech
    Striving to carry the wind
making sure that I’m still existing.

  • The Magnificent Wilderness

    The Magnificent Wilderness

The magnificent wilderness of my dreams
    Through the world’s magic abysses
    The firmament rises and goes
    Beyond the way of life
    Beyond the way of death
    A bright and glistening sight
Where stars move around an everlasting blaze
And most of the endearing memories fall down like old leaves
Sometimes nothing is heard but sadness
    Never forgotten
    Always lost

    The magnificent wilderness of night
And above all, the dying stars
    Faint and sighing
Like many excellent and memorable mementoes collapsing
Trying to impress under the beauty of the uselessness
Water, rain and wind shine translucent
In a sudden moment of reality
    No gift is left
The time arrived to die and begin again
    Bright and lasting forever
At midnight when the rainbow rises

    The magnificent wilderness of life
    The night is a dream
Every instant is overjoyed by a state of beauty
An icy shiver of delight and panic
Dwelling among dreadful dreams and shattered hopes
I stand alone in the misery of my futile discontent
And the deep sky is not in black and gold
When the green is never seen
There is only a silver ray in front of trees falling down
The beautiful leaves are scattered in the wind
Where the sunlight fades high, touching the stars

    The magnificent wilderness
    When nature’s colours blend
    Blooming softly
    A flower’s blossom is like a diamond
    Many suns created more flowers
    Shared all over the earth
Like in a dream full of surprises
To bring relief to a horrid reality
My mind becomes lost in an endless journey
    With no way back
    Lost in struggles

    The magnificent wilderness of darkness
A mountain tree made of gold
My voice is silent within my heart
    On a lonely way
    Remembering the past bliss
    Dreaming about stars and darkness
As they would come onto the planet every day
Pretending that everywhere wouldn’t be any sadness
With no future trials or strife
The grace of beauty and mystery would glow
    No more to be revealed.

  • A Solemn Silence

    A Solemn Silence

A solemn silence in a terrific isolation
An ocean of ice and fire
An assembly of anguish and vanity
    Sadness and despondency
Stars and clouds swirl at every blast of the winds
    Being encompassed in darkness
    A tumultuous remembrance leaves me
    listless and silent
    Now in the night
    And still
    I’ve lived a distant life
    Far from me
    When I was alone
Where no one is so free
    Which might have changed
    Many times
    Years
Too suddenly as well as never

A solemn silence in the loneliness
Where all around, my thoughts are bound
Even if there is a sound
Silent souls sink into a dim and sweet lake
The sea waves advance like ancient mountains
Calm and still lingering in the snow
Many earthly ghouls float in the aether
My potion of delirium and defeat
In an incessant struggle with logic and treacherousness
What could I be able to leave forever
Wandering in the infinite dispersion of my emotions
Getting lost and pretending to find myself
    One of the several versions

A solemn silence in the loneliness
    Travelling and losing the path
In a labyrinth of shattered mirrors and illusions
Once the discovery is sparkling with dark hues
I encounter the truth and dismay
In the loss of beliefs and resolutions
On a dark and still night
When the only noise comes from the wind flying through the leaves
At the dawn of a longly forgotten place
The clouds seem suddenly collide and burn
Through the depths of my heart
A solitary sky had bled away
In a thousand years of dread
    Amidst the frozen lights

A solemn silence of the night
It is like winter after dusk
The past had gone far away
All the seasons will blossom and die
    Before the sun hath gone
    At the end of time
    A dream of spiritual passions
    The secret of vanity
    The mystery of a dream
    Once lost forever
In the immensity of the void
    When a distant wind blasts
A new spring of every thought begins
And a realm of starry glimmers
    Lighting the sunset sky
    Beneath the mountains’ stillness.

  • The Mirror Of The Memories

    The Mirror Of The Memories

    The mirror of the memories
It would never be the same
Time kept the past and grew deeper than everything
    As someone else
    Lost in an accustomed truth
It became a dream with living memories of every past love
Pain and grief stand in a forgotten place
A quiet escape where nothing changed
    Dreams become lost everywhere
    Even after an endless quest
When the world seems without any hope
    In my memory
I’ve been so far from what I was
    Maybe it was an illusion
I thought to seek myself because
    the reality is just dreadful

    The mirror of the memories
    Whose secrets create my dreams
Which can only be found far away
    In a silent dwelling
    Stretching between existence and nothingness
    Where everything is lost
    Through the anguishes in life
    Forevermore
The feelings occur like different images
    Seizing a chance to endure
But it is said for something
Sometimes life can lead away from the joy
Time might be a truth that comes across
The past glimpsed the feelings of love
    So far
How much do I love to understand those mysteries of my mind

The mirror of the memories I glance
And hope to touch with my thoughts
It has no place in time
Becoming lost and frightened by the
the reality that has been forgotten
Flickering like a sunbeam in a warm spring breeze
The scenery of a summer that I stare
    For a while
Feeling what would come into my mind
Striving to seize happiness day by day
    The marvellous merriment of living
So I would try to love and be filled with flowers
Like flying bubbles on a lovely day
Deeming how life is unique and unrepeatable
Beyond the beginning and the ending
In the eternity of darkness and light
    Once everything becomes timeless.

  • A Timeless Emptiness

    A Timeless Emptiness

    A timeless emptiness
    Out of vision and fear
    Afternoon and Midnight
The sun hides in the woods
Sitting still while listening to the wind through the leaves
    Like a surreal vision
Words inside of me shine gloomy
In the unseen world of emotions
    Feelings have a hidden beauty
    Secret and powerful
Like an icy sea of trees
A breath thriving into a silent voice
    A perfect sight of unhappiness

    A timeless emptiness
A sense of being alive and unified
Like beautiful words scattered in the void
I’m a part of my own universe
And I love to make the world feel everything I might grant
So many times with no fear
Very dearly with love for creation
    Whenever light grab the truth
    Long moments ago
    With joy and hope
And a bliss without any delight in mind
Never realised until love does, it feel like flowers

    A timeless emptiness
May surely live, that ever was found
    In reality
    Dreams become devoted vows
Which are made of stained beliefs
In a heart filled with everything that could become alive and dead
Remembering all the time to believe and untrust
    An eternity that will cease
Whenever life is meant to end
    And death becomes true
    Like a nightmare finalised
Though no reality should be conceded
In an artwork built from farse and betrayal

    A timeless emptiness
    Like an unquenchable fire
Burning the soul until its extinction
In the unawareness of a feeling of unconsciousness
Understanding that nothing will end but will only transform
Something too big to be caught
    My thoughts build my life
With no beginnings and no ends
My heart is at the edges of the intelligible
Where there is no shadow and shine
A reflection of dark feelings and empty senses
Building a ghost island within the soul
And I lie senseless in unwavering dismay.
    Esther Elizabeth Racah

  • A Frail And Lonely Dismay

    A Frail And Lonely Dismay

A frail and lonely dismay of the night
Tinged like a tiny soul of light
At the edges of the universe
    Waiting for its memorable sight
Standing alone in a silent deadlock
The heart that seems so close to being so sad
There is no way more and our lives and joy
Never begin what is about never to die
Love is created as an eternal wisdom

    A frail and lonely dismay
    In silent long-moving years
Made of pains that cannot be revealed
Would it be a dream to lose?
A utopia that the world has never known
I had looked back in stillness
    The quietness of some tree
    Where all the dreams abound
And idyll will never cease to succumb
    To the grief and solitude

    A frail and lonely dismay
I’ll never know who I was
But only the sadness I feel
    And where are my vestiges
To be hurled away in the cold blast
    Again and nevermore
    A sudden fear reappears
Bleeding tears are far as memories
And now I do not need anymore
No doubt, once happiness got lost.

    A frail and lonely dismay
In life, a defeat will never be new
But I still live embracing habits
Until love might give strength to convey
    Life comes today in time
    And everything must fade away
Sweet songs of hope and dismay
    Everything pierces a feeble heart
Being another daytime like another year

    A frail and lonely dismay
    It should be a phantom
    Descending in the fleeting night
    Twixt its own soul’s delight
It might drive me too fierce
As well as it may appear
    Afar
    Like in a vision
    Before it fades again
Whenever life is at peace with the truth
So, no longer there would be an end
As long as every dash would be gone.
