  • A Doomed Paradox

    A Doomed Paradox

A doomed paradox was my trap
The more I escaped the tighter I was bound
Each step forward pulled me back
I tried to chase the wind but it eluded me
Each decision became a chain wound tighter around me
To escape meant to be trapped
For each door opened, another one was shut behind me

My liberty was slowly being killed by my fate
The harder I fought against my destiny the worse it approached it
To unlock the chains I had to stay chained
I strived to reach for freedom, but it closed in as poisonous ivy wrapped around me
I attempted to defy the tide, but each wave pushed me closer to the abyss
I struggled against the void, but each part of me was swallowed by the silence of the vault

The shadows crept closer to me with their sharp claws around me
Their gloomy chill tightened around me like a funerary veil
They led me deeper into a labyrinth of forsaken spirits
My heart thudded in a deadly cadence as if its hollow pulse belonged to the underworld
The cruel embrace of despair of the dead wraiths was pulling me underground
I lost my hopes in reaching for the stars that faded away like faraway candles in a storm
I had become a prisoner of the eternal night, chained by the very darkness I sought to escape

There was no beginning or end in this ill-fated paradox
This doomed paradox became my eternal dungeon
My refuge had become my prison never to be left
I lost my wisdom to merit my madness as a prize
Time left me and every hope of mine was reduced to dust
I was becoming decadent and dead like a withered flower left to dissolve
And all I could see was an endless nothingness surrounded by a deafening silence.

  • The Thorns Of Velvet

    The Thorns Of Velvet

The thorns of velvet were wrapped around
My wounds carved deeply by shattered dreams
I let them pierce my pale skin
For even agony was made to gleam
When it was dressed in languid depravity

And in the silence, I strove to find my voice
A quiet murmur made of fractured hopes
Siren chants echoed through the hollowed air
Melodies of lost embrace faded like prayers
The shadows held me in their cold clasp

In my disquiet, I’ve searched for refuge
The thorns of velvet had pierced my heart
A heart possessed by madness and trepidation
I wore my sorrow like a luxurious gown
Its silver threads were laced tight with resignation

A requiem was bound to the cadence of my own damnation
I danced alone in hallways of misery
Each step of mine was a silent scream upon the marbled grief
My shadows vanished like faint smoke
Entangled with dismal sighs so fleeting and ephemeral

The stars wept silently on their hollow frame
Their gleaming gaze was a mirror to my plight
I bore the poundage of all my disgraces with aching grace
I became a ghost adorned in tattered garments
All the glow within my heart dissolved into the dust of decay

I never ceased to wander through endless nights
Longing for sunrises and sunsets while chained to my realm of darkness
Since the night when the sky was veiled in forsaken memories
And the moon with the stars were witnesses to my irreversible descent
I called out to the void in vain because my doomed fate was sealed in immortal shadiness

In this realm of infinite dusk, I looked for insights and wisdom
But all that I could have found was madness and torment
Surrounded by raven and crimson roses, I surrendered to the supremacy of the kingdom of collapse
Where all the mirrors were broken in an everlasting candlelit aura
While the thorns of velvet made me bleed
All my dreams died, leaving me to wither in the ashes of my own despair.

  • Weeping My Heart Out

    Weeping My Heart Out

Weeping my heart out in the abyss of the night
While dark shadows embrace me beneath the pale moonlight made of cold sorrows
Teardrops carve my name, descending like rivers of woe
I drown in the ocean of nightmares and death

The stars have ceased to weep, after staring at the moon’s indifference
And the wind whispers all my beloved secrets
Singing the anguish that I keep in my treasure chest
In my garden of grief where midnight rose

Weeping my heart out in the stillness of a silent night
When silence and sorrow prom together
Echoing through the hollow halls of my soul
And leaving imprints of longing and grief

The dawn doesn’t dare to graze my tear-stained face
Because I belong to the clasp of perpetual twilight
I’m my weakness and chaos of catastrophe
Being myself the most intemperate tragedy

    I’m darkness and night
I’m an ethereal creature of the eternal darkness
An extravagant flower glowing in the gloomy wilderness
I love to disappear in the most remote places of my imagination

Weeping my heart out, I find myself in a meadow of deception
Where I cannot discern anymore what is real from what is delusion
Hence, I surrender to the uncertainty of my overwhelming fate
    Unaware of my future demise

I want to avoid thinking, for I live solely through my passions
In a frenzy of madness and lust, I become a new creature
An ephemeral ghost bound to a doomed destiny
    Floating between ecstasy and oblivion

I take delight in dancing with the spectres of my forsaken desires
Their strokes ignite flames upon my pale skin
The night sky swallows the forbidden nectar of my tears
While I vanish into the chasm of my own longings

No sunrise will encounter me and no dusk will mourn me
For I belong to the stillness of the midnight’s embrace
As I become a shadow lost in the labyrinth of time
A withering shade, devoured by the void within me.

  • Buried Delights

    Buried Delights

Buried delights are the only gifts that remained in my treasure chest
Nothing more because I’ve lost all my hope and dreams
I’ve been deprived of all the things dear to me and I cannot have any more back
All that I have is dust and decay

All my sandcastles were swallowed by the greedy ocean of darkness
The emptiness of my fate buried all my solaces and delights
I have to suffer in silence and let my heart bleed all the pains he cannot retain
Because my life is a graveyard of buried delights and I cannot dream

    I have to suffer unbearably
My life is an abyss of anguish and sorrow
Dismay is my favourite word that I pronounce instead of my name
And my only consolation is the cold soil of my chamber of tears

I cry infinitely and in my repulsion for life
    I cannot find any light
What should I do to make my life tolerable?
Is there any sense in this universe for a creature like me?

In the gloominess, I hide tiny and invisible
Because after all, I’m invisible and no one cares about me
I care about myself so little that even I don’t care
So I do write because my life is useless and empty

The void devoured everything all my happiness
Nothing remained to me but buried delights
Nothing remained to me but cold tears stroking my cheeks
So often I cry that I forget all my names and I know that my fate is doomed

In misery and desolation, I will find my destiny
In resignation and death, I will find my infinite rest
Suffering is my only way to express myself inside myself
Like in a dark maze where all that I can see are shadows lecturing me about life

My buried dreams and delights are lost forever
I have nothing any more but the endless anguish of life
Because I never wanted to be born
Because I never wanted to be among others
Because all I ever wanted was to live in my dreams and not in a graveyard made of misery and affliction.

  • Subliminal Madness

    Subliminal Madness

Subliminal madness dragged me deep into the dungeon of torment and despair
A fortress where I couldn’t fly with my imagination
An isolated island of sorrow and heartache
Chained by the moans of my own thoughts

Hence, I started to seek shadows instead of light
I wandered lost in the wilderness and surrounded by absolute silence
I became a captive to the memories and echoes of the past
With the certitude that a wicked fate ruled my existence

All the mirrors around me sought in vain to reveal the mystery within myself
In the gloom of their cryptic tales
For I could not comprehend their bizarre words
Because they were just utterances lost in the infinite void

In that abyss of subliminal madness
The relentless wind of laments was blowing against me
Gelid arrows that pierced through my body
Fragments of anguish that were sharp daggers

Profound wounds were carved on my heart
Too deep for time to mend or forget
    Bleeding sorrows staining the hours
    Instants marked by silent screams

Grief became a solemn veil that shrouded me
    Memories burned like inextinguishable flames
And all that remained were ashes of dreams scattered in the wind
Beneath the moonless dark sky of my endless night

    Nothing remained to me
Not even a flake of hope
Not even a fragment of a dream
But only a subliminal madness to relieve my tragedy

    In silence and solitude
My life was merely a paroxysm of darkness
A frenzy of obscure nightmares chased me
I could only sigh at the sound of raindrops getting me through

In this desolate maze of endless sadness
Not even a flicker of defiance was burning within me
I couldn’t hear any whisper of solace
I crawled through the mist of my own despair

The shadows that once enticed me now suffocated me
And the silence, once my treasured haven, transformed into a dungeon
Whenever I strived to chase the faintest pleasure
I was left aimless and shattered

I still couldn’t find a realm beyond this dark veil
A world where torments were no longer my torturers
Hence, I was bound to this endless darkness
And my heart was filled with subliminal madness.

  • My Heart Is Made Of Ink

My Heart Is Made Of Ink

My heart is made of ink and blood
My heart is made of fantasy and dreams
Surreal place of celestial beauty and stars
    An enigmatic and impenetrable domain

A realm where thoughts are tangled in fragile webs
And spectral creatures swirl beneath the silvery light of forsaken moons
While silent winds carry tales from ancient fables
Under a sky brushed with infinite hues

In this realm, I am both adrift and entwined
My heart is bound to the ink that flows through my veins
My entire body is blooming like a flower of rhymes
Where verses unfurl from my petals and thorns

A world tempest of emotions surges in my heart
Crumbling my essence into the dust of decay
Carving elegies upon the hollow firmament
Where no stars are allowed to shine

The constellation of startling stars dissolves into the abyss of emptiness
The obscure chasm that stretches in front of me
Alluring me in its terrifying emptiness to swallow my soul
While letters are dripping from my fingers like midnight raindrops

I became part of the eternity of the abyssal night
I am no longer bound by shapes or names,
I dissolve into the void of eternity,
Like a tiny snowflake lost in the stillness of oblivion

My desires are fading into the marrow of the darkness
Within the silence, mysterious secrets are engraved in the bones of dreadful shadows
And unspoken ballads are waiting to be unconcealed
An inextinguishable flame is burning and flickering within the core of twilight

I am drowning in the deep abysm
Although even in the most profound darkness, ink still flows like blood from my heart
And my insolent utterances burn against the void
A ghostly glimmer where stars once shone

My heart is made of ink and darkness
My heart is a requiem of dreams and sorrows
A secret alcove veiled by the mist of silent elegies.

  • Extraordinary Phantasmagorias

    Extraordinary Phantasmagorias

Extraordinary phantasmagorias came to visit me in my dreams
In the realm of marvel and delusion
    Where everything was possible
I could finally find myself, pretending to be a fictitious apparition

A sordid trepidation captured my attention
Instead of enjoying the glowing light of my dreams
I became a frail and ethereal soul submitted to a brutal destiny
As in an ocean storm, I surrendered to the fury of an enraged chasm

Slowly I sunk into the deep abyss of the infinite universe
No matter how I could have strived to keep myself alive
The abysm swallowed me, claiming me as a creature of his own
Therefore, my sobs and cries could not rescue me

    My extraordinary phantasmagorias forsook me
As I was not anymore a creature of their realm
Indeed, I became a spirit of the tormented Stygian tenebrosity
Where I was not so privileged to desire beauty and magnificence

    Nonsense was my only escapism
Madness was my only way to endure such a startling world
As if I wished to disguise my anguish under the impression of delirious mirth and illusory bliss
After all, I preferred to foolish myself rather than embrace the cruel misery of reality

Although I aimed to succeed in my perseverance and wisdom
I have let my fatuity win and take over my mind and heart
A captive of my own abyss, I wandered endlessly,
Lulled by the whispers of my shattered illusions.

Not even the wind of intemperance welcomed my weepings
And yet no soul could hear my restless sorrows
Time became a fantasy and an endless ritual
As I drifted through the labyrinth of forgotten dreams

All that survived was a remote hymn of defeated longings,
    Fading into the eternal night,
While I dissolved into the silence of my own despair.

  • I Mystify My Tragedy

    I Mystify My Tragedy

I mystify my tragedy into my poetry
I become words and ethereal thoughts
Delusion is my name since I live of illusions
While the frozen truth manifests through a stormy wind

Faraway but not too much, there is my desire
The object of my obsession and passion
So close to me and yet a kind of distant
Hope is my name since I live of wishes

Call me a visionary and fool
But my spirit belongs to a storm bounding me
Like an invisible spiderweb in which I’m a captive
Sad and lonely, desperate and disheartened

So I’m writing my poem of self-introspection
Ready to fall down from a cliff of dreams
Until I reach the abyss of oblivion and emptiness
To declare myself a non-living creature striving to exist

I pretend to appear as a living person
Not revealing my mighty fantasy and extravagance
No one calls my name anymore
    Although everyone sees me

Who can wonder what will be in the fate of the world
A realm of corruption and confusion
Where deception is served as the holy truth
And wisdom under the shape of violence

I mystify my tragedy into my dreams
    Longings pierce me deeply
Until I bleed my soul out
    Like an instantaneous rainstorm

    Invisible to everyone
    I wander in the night
Where darkness and solitude are my solaces
    Probably envisioning everlasting love

    Sombre whispers become numbed sighs
    Nothing to cherish
    Nothing to forget
Just instants of eternity lost in the infinite void

Call me when you see me in your dreams
Although you don’t know my name
Having seen me as an apparition
Soft is always the remembrance of you

Sleeping as the slumber possesses me
    In its chaos and convulsions
I feel nothing more than a gentle cry
A cry to suppress my anguish and pang of love.

  • The Eternal Night

    The Eternal Night

The eternal night within myself was sombre and mysterious,
Like an obscure, vast, nocturnal ocean welcoming the starless night sky,
A dark sky diving down into the sea depths.

Obsessive was the wind hissing ominously against me,
And in the same time, pushing me inside that frightening water realm,
Where I was very driven to jump and disappear forever.

Alone and lonely, I remained on the brink of the precipice,
From where I heard a captivating spell of death and delight,
Forgetting about every endeavour to endure a ruthless existence.

I became the night, and the darkness pierced me like a sharp, poisoned arrow,
Ready to be destroyed like a fragile crystal flower,
With the awareness that I would become a part of the infinite void.

And an absolute silence lit the memories within myself,
Condemning me to relive my past,
A realm I’ve always sought to escape.

The void opened its maw, revealing itself a chasm of legends and glooms,
Summoning me with its enchanting spell, recalling all I had lost,
A dirge was sung by several faceless mirrors of sorrow and despair.

Each remembrance burned like a fading flame,
Illuminating instants that I dared not revisit,
Although they lived like unbidden guests inside the darkness of my soul.

I strived to stay away from that endless obscurity,
Trembling as soon as its cold grasp reached and touched me,
Provoking disturbing sensations and visions within me as fragments of life shattered into countless pieces.

The waves below surged like spectral wraiths,
Touching, pulling, claiming me as their own belonging,
Promising delight and mirth in the depths of nothingness.

I lingered suspended in that ethereal dwelling between life and death,
    Between the yearning to vanish,
And the curse of perpetual souvenirs.

  • A Long Night of Desires

    A Long Night of Desires

A long night of desires and regrets beneath the infinite darkness of the firmament disclosed many dreams and secrets.

And for each memory, a terrible ghost of the past appeared under the shape of an ominous shadow whose silent scream shattered every flower to dust.

A fearless storm surrounded the night with its thunders and gloomy clouds, obliterating every trace of beauty from the realm of dreams and darkness.

Giving way to nothingness and void that swallowed everything with an eerie fury.
All that remained was a desert with scattered fragments of emotions and love.

The moonlight lit flames of longing and despair, glinting like shattered glass, trembling with soft murmurs.

Every blossom of the garden of distress flowered into a withered bloom, and each petal fell like a sour teardrop, dissolving into the sand.

The inextinguishable emptiness exhaled its yearning across the barren universe, and its absolute silence swelled louder than the storm’s wildest cry.

Hopes dissolved into the blank abyss like a river of lost dreams flowing to nowhere while love’s faint flames glinted, swallowed by the surreal dimness.

Into the maze of sorrow, the eternal night became infinite and relentless, with its secrets buried beneath waves of grief.

Glooms and clouds depleted all the frail remnants of light and joy, replacing them with immense anguish and decay.

The long night of desires became an endless night of regrets when nightmares swirled around the world like haunting ghouls, tormenting every slumber.

The infinite abyss of darkness extinguished everything, enclosing every faded memory of a realm once alive and now barely reduced to fragments of despair.

A wailing blizzard agonised the desert of despair, dragging all the fragments of forgotten dreams and scattering the ashes of love that once burned radiant.

The stars above, veiled by eternal dismay, became hollow gazes observing the doomed ruins below, becoming witnesses to a tale of a long night of desires devoured by the infinite chasm of oblivion.

The firmament extended its icy and infinite arms, claiming all and leaving nothing but an absolute silence resounding as a boundless and eternal requiem for dead dreams.
